What You Will Do

The role is a mid to senior hunter position in Canada.

– You will expand current business and close new opportunities.
– Will work closely with executives to provide the customer with differentiating value proposition as compared to others.
– This will require you to go to new markets and disrupt competition.
– Develop excellent relationships and sell to CXOs is of top priority.
– Knowing client’s vision, goals and identify value for the customer.
– The aim of the organization is to establish leadership position in the market, hence this role will require building and maintaining high credibility.
– By the way of identifying and developing key accounts in the region, maintain high revenue, have multi-year business plans with the key target accounts.
– Initiate and support, develop and monitor purchasing agreements.
– Create a network of relationships to facilitate sales and promote alliances and partnerships.

What You Will Need

Strong ability to build trust and integrity with the client for long term relationships. A decade of experience in simultaneous complex software solutions (B2B and B2C) sales catering regional customers, primarily CXOs and senior level (S$300k and above deals) and has customer experience industry background.

The art of developing and maintaining good relations with top level business users to explain value and induce tactical application of solutions. Competitive ability to identify, hunt and close the opportunity by using all relevant means including but not limited to being flexible, agile, making changes where necessary, keeping the momentum till the deal is closed. Is familiar with mapping capabilities of existing Partners and Strategic Alliance to key target areas and identifying gaps. Is at home with complex company matrix and can easily coordinate with multiple functions. Deep understanding of portfolio and relevant market intel. Is fluent in English while communicating clearly about the product and maintain high reputation of the organization.
