Project Management (Marketing)

  • Responsible for successfully leading appointed projects on sales market level across the year depending on need (such as opening & closures, supporting global tests, omni communications projects etc)
  • Validate assignments to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables with relevant counter parts
  • Feeds in relevant learnings and insights in project brief to optimize projects
  • Involve relevant parties in project to ensure project deliverables.
  • Lead, inform, motivate and align project team to deliver on shared goals
  • Participate in sourcing and negotiations of creative talent and services if needed
  • Close communication with Operational Manager to ensure the right priorities and resources

Manage & Follow up

  • Set, follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and selling when possible. Secure profit
  • Review and process invoices associated to projects.

Customer

  • Strive to reach and engage our customers in all touch points by ensuring a close to customer approach
  • Strengthen & protect Cup of UX as a brand by ensuring that Cup of UX brand guidelines and policies are met.

Collaboration/Stakeholder management

  • Reports to the Operational Manager
  • Finds opportunities to contribute, to keep up to date, and to strengthen cross functional collaboration within the Customer Activation team.

Qualifications

  • A formal education within Communication &/or Marketing is meriting
  • + 3 years’ of experience from project management roles
  • Experience of project management within marketing and communications in both digital and traditional channels
  • Solid understanding of all disciplines of marketing and communications
  • Customer-centric approach and ability deliver omnichannel solutions
  • Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals
  • Fluent in Microsoft office – word, excel and power point
  • Proven track record of delivering strategies and solutions that drive business results
  • Knowledge of setting and following up KPI’s to demonstrate return of investment
  • You have experience in collaborating with agencies
  • Meriting with competence within digital/tech and omni ways of working
